| Une réunion d'informations s'est tenue mardi 10 mai en salle de cantine. Nous remercions tous les participants. Nous avons retenu plusieurs idées : 2 - Trouver d'abord des volontaires pour les stands importants (barbecue, buvette, stand sucré/salé). 3 - Noter ensuite les volontaires pour les stands de jeux. Si il n'y a pas assez de volontaires, le stand de jeu ne sera pas installé. 4 - Créer 4 créneaux pour les repas au barbecue : 18h30/19h00/19h30/20h 5 - Créer des tickets repas coupe-fil pour les parents volontaires qui tiennent un stand. |
| LES ENTRÉES ET LES SORTIES Une information sera donnée dans les cahiers mi-juin. Nous sommes toujours en VIGIPRATE, alors les entrées se feront avec un bracelet orange nominatif à mettre au poignet avec le nom pour pouvoir entrer. Il faudra le garder. Il y aura deux entrées différentes : -> Les CP, CE1, CE2 et le CE1CE2 au portail principal. -> Les CM1, CM2 et le CM1-CM2 au petit portail. La Fête de l'École débutera à 18h15, le temps pour les études de sortir, et s'achèvera à 20h30. Toutes les sorties se feront par le portail principal. |
